win 98 / virus

i dunno what virus it is, but is there any hope for this old machine? Running Norton Antivirus right now....

as last resource go ahead re-install win 98, I'd done it plenty of time.

You can also try www.pandasoftware.com. They have a free on-line virus scanner. It has worked well for me.

 

well...what happened??

 

it started bogging down...more and more. that's about it. it runs, but it's slow and choppy.
