Yes, a lot of short should come up around 1300. And then we will see how those new highs are tested. Could be a nice squeeze but everything is possible at this point.
I guess your just laying the ground rules early in case 1300 is taken out. Don't worry the powers that be here have warned me that too many members are complaining about being "Rennicked". So I'll lay off the Message board combat, I think I still have some BAttle instinct left over from my tour in the 50's. Take care Birdman, there's a lynch mob forming outside your jail cell waiting for 1300 to fall. ...Rennick ps. Hey Bird you knew everyone is under closer scrutiny for ET board conduct,,so wipe that brown stuff off your beak
hmm. well, i guess there was 1 person on this thread that nailed this one. maybe it's the guy with the established record of nailing these ?! you can read in this quote what comes next for the S&P... this call is my coup de gras on ET. now i'm about done.
Big tug of war, here. The "obvious" thing to do is to short in those new highs areas, so I am getting ready to go long, to participate to the squeeze. Could be short-lived, though, with the recent market shoppiness.
I am sorry to say but reubberbird, you need to keep ready your backpack. It is part of our life. There is no doubt you made few good calls but this time it seems did not workout in your favour. So do not be disappointed because this part of the life of an analyst. But because you said you will quit if it hit so thats why I just mentioned to start packing the stuff. If you change your mind then you are still welcome.
RubberBird I think I speak for the entire group, you will be missed. You were one of my favorites, and you often joined me in battle with some of the meatheads here. I hate to see you go out this way, damned I'm getting all emotional here. Anyway you take care my lil' cyber buddy. your friend on ET, Rennick ps. To whoever, I don't care if it's volente or some other Rubberbird foe, I think some class and dignity should be shown as the the Bird cleans out his nest, and flys to hopefully a place where the water is clean, and the skys are blue.
