Will the Dow top 11000 sometime by year end?

Will the Dow go over 11000 sometime before the end of the year??

 

maybe. simple answer. right now it is froming a double top on the daily but the pfe news friday ah will pop it some monday since pfe is a dow stock and it popped over 2 points.
