SABMiller has rejected AB InBev's bid at GBP 42.15, but under UK takeover rules, AB InBev still has until Wednesday to sweeten it. If AB InBev sweetens its offer, it probably will not be by much: it already seems to have the support of 40.5% of SABMiller's shares.
