Will Murtha admit he was wrong about Haditha?

  1. Yes he will apologize. He's an honorable Dem.

  1. Murtha also needs to apologize to the troops who courageously fought in My Lai. Most of them were not convicted and so like this case that means that the victims died of natural causes.

  2. "It seems impossible to convict celebrities, especially black ones."

    What a ridiculous racist assertion...

  3. Ted Kennedy never went to trial, yet people (mostly right wingers) call him a murderer to this day...

They don't seem to want to apologize for calling Kennedy a murderer even though he was never convicted of murder...

Oh, and does the prosecution typically make a public apology to someone found not guilty of murder that they tried to prosecute for murder?

LOL!!! LOL!!! LOL!!! LOL!!! LOL!!! LOL!!! LOL!!! LOL!!! LOL!!! LOL!!! LOL!!! LOL!!!

Did the prosecution in this case make public apologies for trying to convict the soldiers they accused of murder and for calling them murderers?

That's it, start calling for prosecutors to apologize for calling someone accused of murder a murderer before and during the trial...

    Too funny, really too funny...

    I should admend my theory.
Celebrites are almost immune to guilty decisions from jurys......except if animals get harmed.

Order of the privilage in US jury verdicts:
Animals,pets...the book will be thrown at you.
    Celebrities....
Black athletes/celebrities..especially in major city courtrooms.

  8. Whereas I have not slandered Ted Kennedy by saying he murdered anyone, Murtha, Olbermann, and the moonbat leftist media slandered and libeled the Marines.

Your continued attempts to obfuscate this issue are transparent to everyone, troll.

Oh, does this thread call for prosecutors in this case - or any case - to make public apologies for going to trial? NO IT DOES NOT!!

LOL! LOL! LOL! LOL! LOL! LOL! LOL! LOL! LOL! LOL! LOL! LOL! LOL! LOL! LOL! LOL!

FYI, brainiac, Murtha is not a prosecutor, and neither are Olbermann and the moonbat media types who slandered the Marines by claiming they were guilty before they were given due process.

Good grief but you're an idiot.....

  9. If someone thinks they are the victim of slander or libel, they are free to pursue remedy in a court of law, are they not?

  10. Murtha is apparently being sued but the Speech and Debate Clause would seem to protect even his despicable and unpatriotic statements.

It is a measure of how incompetent the Justice Department is that he hasn't been prosecuted for corruption. They put poor Duke Cunningham, a fighter pilot ace in vietnam, in federal prison for the DC equivalent of jaywalking but allow this POS Murtha to hand out earmarks to his cronies.
