Will MS and Citi stock both up tomorrow?

Normally, the buyer/payer will suffer after merger and acquisition. That's true. But in this case, I do see both will benefit from the deal...

 

I guess both may not be up so big.. may be little along with the market..

I dont see anything changed by this in both the companies..

 

But MS had been on a upward trend, what made it so?
