Will MAGAtards die to defend their stupidity?

  1. There is way to complete the trip by using the “Personal Conveyance” option. However, if a driver is caught violating rules concerning personal conveyance, it will likely result in a fine and loss of that option.

  2. People always find ways to retaliate against authoritarian mandates they don’t agree with. For all the ways people may find ways to protest, the common denominator is reduced productivity and even counter-productivity. This starts a downward economic spiral leading to more mandates which in turn leads to more aggressive protests or other actions by a larger proportion of the population. The scenario I am describing happened before in Eastern Europe and elsewhere and is in the process of happening here. In fact, It is inevitable if our Government and media continue on their present course with propaganda, mandates, censorship, and intimidation.

It would be a shame to see the US become a place where an Eastern European drone would feel at home. Then again, it is said the people deserve who they elect.

It's strange to see people still demanding explanations in a thread that has nothing to do with Singapore nor Israel instead of reading the explanations and having a discussion in the Singapore thread and the Israel thread.

Once again let's address the Singapore vaccination -- since you and others are continually pushing a false narrative.

Currently -- as of October 10th -- Singapore has a full vaccination rate currently of 81% for two doses plus 14 days.
Their plan to re-open fully when the vaccination rate passed 80% -- was made before the advent of Delta. The country now recognizes they need a 90% vaccination rate for herd immunity against the highly infectious delta variant -- hence a delay in re-opening. The country also has had a zero-Covid strategy which they want to ease away from as part of a re-opening.

You should note that Singapore is only experiencing 3000 daily cases (7 day average) in a county of 5.7 million. Why don't you compare that to the recent peaks in states like Mississippi with half the population.

Despite a rise in cases (which are still much lower than the U.S. on a per-capita basis) the vaccines have been very effective at keeping people out of the hospital. It should also be noted that nearly all of the severely ill in Singapore are unvaccinated.

Let's take a look at a recent article posted on ET about Singapore rising above 3000 cases per day.

Of the new cases, 2,868 are in the community, 832 in the migrant worker dormitories and three are imported.

Singapore's 143rd through 153rd COVID-19 fatalities are all Singaporeans: five men and six women aged between 56 and 90. A total of 52 people here have succumbed to the disease this month.

Amongst those who have died over the last 28 days, 30.6 per cent were fully vaccinated and 69.4 per cent were unvaccinated or partially vaccinated.

Compared to the United States, Singapore is a tremendous Covid success story. Singapore also demonstrates the effectiveness of vaccines.
