Will MAGAtards die to defend their stupidity?

  1. Since you apparently took the Vx, then it had to be the correct, informed decision so you seek confirmation bias. There can't possibly be any other viewpoint, because of what that might imply. It's called cognitive dissonance.

Let's provide some facts about VAERS. The misinformation being pushed by anti-vaxxers based on VAERS is absurd.

Fact checking the source of so much COVID-19 vaccine misinformation: The VAERS database
    https://www.cbs17.com/community/hea...19-vaccine-misinformation-the-vaers-database/

Misinformation about the COVID-19 vaccines continues to spread — and much of it might come from people misinterpreting the government’s list of reported side effects.

CBS 17 fact-checked a claim that a viewer made about the vaccines and deaths, tracing the source of it to that database that has become a treasure trove for skeptics.

THE CLAIM: The viewer wrote that “more people have died as a result of the shot than have died from all other vaccines combined over the last 30 years. Fact check that.”

THE FACTS: We did fact-check it, and an expert said it was simply not true.

“Absolutely not,” said Dr. Lavanya Vasudevan of the Duke Global Health Institute.

That claim appears to be rooted in the Vaccine Adverse Effect Reporting System — or, VAERS — database, in which anyone can report a side effect from a vaccine.

“Many of these types of claims that we hear are actually a misrepresentation of the VAERS data,” Vasudevan said.

The pace of reporting has picked up: In North Carolina alone, roughly 70,000 reports have come in related to the COVID vaccines — more than triple the total back in May, when CBS 17 explained what the database does — and does not — tell you.

“It is reasonable to expect that reports on VAERS increase whenever there is a new vaccine on the market,” Vasudevan said. “And that’s definitely what we are seeing with COVID.”

What the system makes perfectly clear: It does not establish a cause-and-effect relationship between any vaccine and those side effects. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention explicitly says the reports “may include incomplete, inaccurate, coincidental and unverified information.”

Among the reported side effects of the COVID vaccines in North Carolina: Yawning, fractures, a foot deformity, and wisdom tooth removal.

She estimates that 85 percent of the reports on VAERS are “either completely unrelated to vaccinations, or about events that pose little to no concern.”

“There’s an example of a researcher who actually posted on VAERS that, as a research study, they turned into the Incredible Hulk after vaccination,” Vasudevan said. “And you know, things like these are completely out there. And so you know, such kinds of reports are not true.”

But that doesn’t stop the skeptics from picking up on them.

“If you show them information that’s available to the public on VAERS, it’s easy to be scared or to think that vaccines are causing all of these safety events,” she said.

An email from another viewer included a screengrab of a website that scrapes the data from those reports and makes them even easier for skeptics to use.

The website — www.openvaers.com — is run by “a small team of people with vaccine injuries or who have children with vaccine injuries” and was created “to help others browse the VAERS records,” according to its frequently asked questions.

CBS 17 emailed the unnamed site creator to ask for an interview but only received what appears to be an automated form response.

It all raises one key question: If the VAERS data can be misused so easily, is it even worth having in the first place?

Vasudevan says it is — and points to the brief pause in administering the Johnson & Johnson vaccine last spring as proof. The rare blood clots were reported through the VAERS system and were deemed plausible enough to investigate further.

“So it does give us a very important signal with respect to vaccine safety,” she said. “But again, it’s important to evaluate the data that is on VAERS carefully.”

  6. Oh, "an expert said it was simply not true"? Well, you gotta believe the expert... (sarcasm)
Anyone who even mentions "fact-checked" or "fact-checker" is suspect in my opinion.
So you and CBS are saying, that even though thousands of people had permanent life changing adverse health events including death within hours or days or weeks of receiving the vaccine, that there is no correlation between those events and the jab? Yeah, right. You need to be fact checked. Do you realize many countries in Europe have recently stopped or banned Moderna altogether? Probably you don't because you won't see that on CBS.

Tell me this...What is the name of the scientist who isolated the SARS/COV2 or CONVID-19(84) virus? Can you cite the paper that shows their methodology, the entire virus sequence, and the conclusions that were made?
Who is the scientist that provided evidence without much doubt that HIV is the virus that causes AIDS, and can you cite the paper with which they show their methodology upon coming to this conclusion?
A lifetime of awards and grants await the scientists who achieved these great things to step forward and claim them...

Extreme liberals like GWB cannot figure out why doctors, nurses, pilots, firefighters, police are all refusing the vaccines. Why? Surely, all these smart people know the vaccines protect them? Probably, not. Doctor Simone Gold, board certified emergeny doctor noted these experimental vaccines on emergency use authorization, have resulted in the deaths of 10 times the deaths from our usual flu shot vaccine. That is 1,000% more lethal yet, extreme liberal media hacks as well as their allies, hack doctors and nurses, ET trolls including, wanna be doctor, GWB are all engaged in lies and disinformation. Ivermectin too, a proven, effective cure for Corona Virus is being demonized and disinformation pushed resulting in the deaths of people. These extreme liberals continue to push the lie that Ivermectin is for animals, knowing full well that there are two kinds of Ivermectin. One is for animals and the other, in tablet form issued via prescriptions by a licensed, board certified doctor. All of those lies have resulted in people taking Ivermectin for animals and dying as a result of it.

Very few doctors, nurses, pilots, etc. are refusing to be vaccinated. Usually a couple of dozen out of a workforce of thousands. Fortunately these individuals are identifying for self-removal since people who make very poor decisions should not be employed in these roles.

Simone Gold of “America’s Frontline Doctors” is a joke who pushes misinformation for profit. Go see the other thread about the scam they are running — while at the same time causing the deaths of thousands of Americans.

Ivermectin is not effective at preventing or treating Covid. Even the manufacturer, Merck, has stated this very directly.

Your continual idiocy and pushing of nonsense is getting old. The misinformation you push is killing tens of thousands of people worldwide. Have you no shame?

He seems to be riffing off this? But remember, he doesn't accept fact checking :)https://www.reuters.com/article/factcheck-covid-rna-idUSL1N2LS27P

“There is no coronavirus pandemic, there is only an epidemic of coronavirus tests” – David Crowe of the interview in above link (who then almost immediately died on 12th July 2020* of a cancer that was diagnosed very late).

    From an obituary:
"David was an environmentalist from childhood, and was a co-founder of the Alberta Green Party in 1992. His love of the natural world, concerns about toxic chemicals and interest in scientific mysteries eventually led to a small group of scientists, journalists and gay men who questioned whether HIV was the cause of AIDS, or whether it was caused by recreational drugs and blood transfusions. When he discovered the work of the Perth Group that argued that HIV had never been purified, and might not exist, he applied the same logic to the West Nile Virus, shortly after the 1999 New York epidemic, and drew the same conclusion. He eventually decided to write a book, to be entitled, “The Infectious Myth”, the same name as his weekly radio show that started in 2014. It will argue that AIDS, SARS, Polio, West Nile, Mad Cow and others are environmental diseases, not infectious."

*Oddly a namesake of his, also a Canadian David Crowe and just a few years older died of Covid-19 the day after on July 13th 2020. https://www.thenewsenterprise.com/n...cle_94142b9a-4751-5108-92d2-c606ca22d80f.html
