Will it go up or down?

When you open the market is there any way to know if the market will rise or the market will go down?
(I know it's asking a lot)

 

trading is not about knowing where market will go (nobody knows), its about predicting correctly most of the times (i.e determining higher probabilities of where it will go) - that surely can be and should be done if one to trade successfully

Success most days but sometimes does the opposite.
