There are certain people on ET, many on my ignore or block list, who frequent ET regularly. They constantly talk nonsense, with me they carry a reputation. There are odd times, sometimes when bored, sometimes if a fight breaks out, I will view their opinion offline and its always the same, those sames guys talking nonsense. So for me, I refuse to interact with them, they can talk nonsense because I know it's nonsense.
I still think ET is doing a disservice by allowing the peddling of false and potentially dangerous information during a pandemic. It is just wrong any way you look at it.

For instance, as Joe Rogan discussed in his so-called apology video, were these ideas false? 1. after you get vaccinated you can still catch Covid and you can still spread Covid 2. cloth masks are not effective in preventing Covid 3. Covid came from a lab All three turned out to be true and are accepted now as fact by the government and the media, but if you espoused them just a few months ago you would have been banned from Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Reddit, and YouTube for spreading dangerous misinformation. You started this thread and if you are going to continue to press the issue with your statement above then you need to clarify what standard should be used to censor ideas you disagree with, ideas you don't like. FALSE! You can catch COVID whether you are vaccinated or not. The virus does not get near your body and then detect the vaccine and go, "Gee, that will hurt me, let's fly away from here." FALSE! Cloth masks are not useful with any variant, and with any virus, especially when the user does not wear the mask properly. Such as not covering the nose with the mask, or touching the front of their mask to adjust it and then itching their eyeball. That is common sense. In that case, no masks work.
