After reading TIKITRADER's good comments in an earlier thread, I'm planning on buying a T-Mobile G2 4G android phone and I will attempt to set up DNC in order to monitor and access my desktop computer's automated trading from the phone. I'll likely be using RealVNC along with the Remote VNC w/Ad available on AppBrain, just as TIKITRADER suggested. My desktop now has both cable broadband and DSL with a Cisco Linksys RV042 dual-WAN router. My question is this: If I can get all this set up and working, will the smartphone's DNC connection to my desktop continue to work when the cable connection goes out and the router switches to DSL or will the connection somehow be broken?
