will bush go down as worst in history

    not exactly the legacy one would want, a very dubious honor, but if not the absolute worst where does he stand. obviously right now hes public enemy number one but 30 years down the road will we look back on him with the same opinions.

    lets say america recovers in a few years, prospers and history repeats itself and this is just a recession, does bush become more of a target of ineptitude. also is he the only president in us history to be elected to two terms and the market had a negative return over those 8 years.

    I don't know how many others feel about it, but invading Iraq on false pretenses is pretty much the same as throwing the first punch.

    He wasn't elected to the first term, he was appointed by the Supreme Court.

    be that as it may, still 8 years and tbills would have been a better place to put my cash
