Will BP become the authority in deep-water drilling?

    lol! and when will those be deployed? last I checked, the pressure tests are not going so well.

    Uh, what new tech development are you talking about? They removed the top of the old of the well that had the broken pipe. Then they bolted down a new top section which was mated to a series of valves. There was no new technology developed for this.

    At 5000 ft its another story.

  10. I think <a href="http://www.socialnews.biz/tag/BP">BP</a> will be tight lipped. I was reading that they already are trying to hire scientists and keep control of any scientific data about the spill.
