If you want to stick to the topic of thread, why did you bring up the lie that Rush is presented as a serious journalist on Fox News?
I don't have the context and I certainly can't trust your non-objectivity to convey what actually transpired on the show. Let me ask you once again, do you really think that was Coulter using that line as an excuse?
Try and follow along here. What do you think of this statement by Bush: "'Al-Qaida is on the run,' President Bush said last week. 'That group of terrorists who attacked our country is slowly but surely being decimated ... they're not a problem anymore.'"
You hear any Fox News people saying that Rush is not a serious journalist and serious commentator? You hear Hannity, and O'Reilly say that Rush is just an entertainer? LOL....
I think Bush is projecting hope....not necessarily a reality. If anyone thinks there are less Al Quaeda members today, than say on September 10 2001, I think they are nuts... Saying they are not a problem....what can I say? Just few months or so ago Bush said he takes Bin Laden seriously. http://www.dailytimes.com.pk/default.asp?page=2006\01\27\story_27-1-2006_pg4_9 Bush is full of shit.... Question: Was it easier for Al Quaeda to recruit before or after the Iraq War?
You said journalist, you joker! A journalist writes! Rush is a pundit! He comments! I'm done with your drivel.
You are going on record that Rush writes no guest columns, no books, no articles? Sure you want to say that? http://www.rushlimbaugh.com/home/menu/limbaughletter_defeatthem.guest.html Journalism is limited to print media? You sure you want to say that?
In the interest of balance, I should note that the same (above) should be said of George Carlin, Lenny Bruce, and Al Franken (although Bruce's jones shorted him the benefits of celebrity).
