3. Yes, yes I know... now here's the part where you call me a mutant, or a sub human, or one of many other hitler-esque terms which would make the reich proud...

4. Could you explain (to yourself) the difference between killing and murder?

6. American planes that were not paid for? Is the fuel also free?

The American mind is innovative, creative, and build great things.

They were designed not to be used to kill babies and steal lands.

7. Man, no one except perhaps a fringe minority in Israel wants to kill any babies or steal any lands. You really misunderstand our intent here.

The entire idea behind the IDF's existence (and Israel's too) is just to carve out a small place in the world where Jews can be the majority and not live as a persecuted minority at the constant mercy of others. Sure, the resulting formation of a Jewish state made the few local transient Arabs into a minority on their own land, but they should have just gone with the flow. Their entire standard of living, both economically and culturally has only risen with the ascent of the new Jewish state. Nobody ever messed with their freedom to practice Islam either, and you know you never had your own country on this land anyways. Why fight us at all? Let us have our own country, and let us teach you that remained as a minority new things. Just join with us like the local Druze people did instead of fighting us, and we can all rise together.

That's how I feel about it after smoking a little weed tonight, anyways. Btw, in case anyone here is perplexed why I speak of myself as an 'Israeli' and IDF veteran in some posts and an American in others: It's because I lived in Israel from age 11 to 21, and still hold both passports.

8. Also, let's not forget that the majority (and yes I know not all) of these "displaced" people became so when they attacked Israel, their own nation during Israel's conflicts with other Arab nations, then fled expecting to return on the backs of Arab invaders. Of course that didn't happen and Israel defeated the invaders, so the treasonous muslims didn't return home and were "displaced". I know that some were legitimately displaced, and I recognized that, but most of them were treasonous hostiles. As RM said, those who were displaced have experienced an unprecedented improvement in standard of living, safety, access to state of the art healthcare, and social freedom which would have never otherwise transpired. And there was never any "Palestinian nation". There was never a nation called "Palestine", ever. They were all Jordanians and became "Palestinians" overnight when this "Palestinian" identity was invented in the 60s.

As one Israeli leader said, if the Arabs put down their guns today, there would be no more violence. If the Israelis put down their guns today, there would be no more Israel.

To compare Israeli defense to what occurred in the various wikileaks vids isn't valid. If those Arabs were in America killing Americans, then it would be more comparable.

9. Yeah man, Israelis fight Arabs today only because you guys physically attacked us first. If you sincerely want to stop fighting now and work something out, we'd be thrilled to jump at the opportunity. All this war and strife benefits no one, after all.

So what do you want to stop bombing us all the time? You want the West Bank and Gaza Strip for yourselves? Done... we'll get the hell out in exchange for peace, no problem. (Except for existing settlements- too late to disband those now, sorry.)
You want East Jerusalem and your Bait-ul-Muqaddas too? We can do that. For peace, it would be worth it. How about equal rights and full religious freedom as a respected and protected minority for those of you with Israeli citizenship? Well, there's no need to even negotiate on that point, since it has already been given to you freely. So what the hell else could you possibly want? You know we can't open Israel's borders and let anyone who's been gone for 62 years come back now. We just can't do that, because then we wouldn't be the majority anymore, and the entire purpose for Israel's existence in the first place would become moot. But anything else we can do for a compromise without sacrificing our own survival is totally on the table. So can we just make peace and stop all this bullshit fighting already? I'm not just speaking for myself here. What I've just said is (and always has been) the overwhelming opinion of mainstream Israeli Jewish society.
