Since I can never say, how bad it would have been, I can not even say my ideas are better (for sure) ... although I am pretty sure they are. What I am saying is greenspan encouraged this problem... and bernanke is destroying our childrens future as he debases the dollar. (which by the way ricter is a massive tax.) If the fed would become a beacon of fiscal responsibility the way it seems volker was, I would prefer them to Congress. Right now it seems the FED and Congress are in bed with the China. The FED needs to care about the tax payers again so they can siphon off real profits to their solvent members - owners. Not bail out the insolvent ones at the expense of tax payers. Debasing the dollar is nasty business and we need Bernanke to tell congress to stop the over spending. Immediately.
