Why would Bridgewater hedge fund hold 87% of equity assets in simple ETF's? Theories?

Sounds right;
liquidity,safety, + maybe he likes them better than his early trade= hog futures/pork bellies. Don't remember if he told Jack Schwager if that was lean hogs ..... LOL.
