I used to work at the Denny's on Lewers in high school. Some of the prettiest women to stroll through there were from Canada. The males on the other hand should stick to halibut and exporting soft comedians, ay. Them and the asians were fucked up tippers.
Tipping is not the custom in Asia, esp. Japan. Many restaurants in Waikiki now tack on an automatic 15% service charge for Japanese customers.
