When it comes right down to it, all - ALL - choices reflect who you think you are. Choose well. The risk is that you will be mistaken, forget, and can't remember. I recommend choosing not a GOD to believe in, but a GOD who believes in you. I resemble that remark! Jesus
Desire and intention are critical. The third key to the kingdom of heaven is allowance. The fourth key to the kingdom of heaven is surrender. There they are, same as I gave to Peter! : Desire, intention, allowance, and surrender. Basically, when you are ready to let go of the world, heaven will come to replace it. This is not some future heaven. Either you are tasting heaven now, or not yet. Jesus
Considering that I said the path was "narrow", it has performed as advertised. As of this date on your calendar, there have only been a handful of beings who have truly lived life upon this plane, a very small handful. There are many of us that would just absolutely be thrilled if you would join the club! I will let you in on a little secret: until you do, you do not get to graduate. You will never leave this plane, filled with conflict and suffering, as it seems to be, until you have lived the experience of walking this Earth wholly as the thought of Love in form, with no other allegiances, but to Love. You will never leave this plane. You will never take up your cross and follow me. You will spin around again and again and again, only to be confronted by the same need to decide wholly for Love. Bargaining, trades, ransoms, punishments, revenge, blood sacrifices, compromises, death, payment, payback, payforward, nepotism, contract killing, contract believing, marriage, control, suppression, threats, seriously insane notions; you've been there done that...doesn't work...isn't what I advertised. The good news is you can always choose again. Jesus
As soon as I find out what that means, I might be upset. But since it is meaningless, I remain undisturbed. Jesus
Ok, here I will set the record straight again. If there is anything not set straight after this, it's because you are not desiring or intending for it to be set straight. "Keep the commandments" and "give to the poor" have meanings other than what you have learned. Set your intention to unlearn what you have learned, and you will understand. You have eternal life. You came from Heaven! You have never left Heaven. You have left Heaven only in your dreams. The dream seems real only because you - the Dreamer - are real and powerful. It is a Texas-sized dream by a Texas-sized mind...and everything just seems bigger in Texas. To dream, you set aside knowledge, and made something called perception, such that "good" and "evil" were in the eye of the beholder. As such, you are lost in a labyrinth. You are wandering in a house of mirrors. But not "you"...it is a dream of everything you are not. You are spirit, not body. You are not limited, you are not small, you are not really unloving. That you seem to be lost, weak, confused, frustrated, unloving... just goes to show how unlimited you are. Creation knows no opposite. But here, in this world of perception, opposition is part of being "real". It is this strange perception of the truth that makes the choice of Heaven seem to be the same as the relinquishment of hell. It is not really thus. Yet what is true in God's creation cannot enter here until it is reflected in some form the world can understand. In this world Heaven is a choice, because here we believe there are alternatives to choose between. If Heaven exists there must be hell as well, for contradiction is the way we make what we perceive, and what we think is real. You need to be reminded that you think a thousand choices are confronting you, when there is really only one to make. And even this but seems to be a choice. Do not confuse yourself with all the doubts that myriad decisions would induce. You make but one. And when that one is made, you will perceive it was no choice at all. For truth is true, and nothing else is true. There is no opposite to choose instead. There is no contradiction to the truth. In this insanely complicated world, Heaven appears to take the form of choice, rather than merely being what it is. Of all the choices you have tried to make this is the simplest, most definitive and prototype of all the rest, the one which settles all decisions. Heaven is chosen consciously. The choice cannot be made until alternatives are accurately seen and understood. Choosing depends on learning. You must look at what you have learned, and unlearn it. What is choice except uncertainty of who you are? The end of choice comes with the decision to accept ourselves as God created us. There is no conflict that does not entail the single, simple question, "What am I?" Yet, who could ask this question except one who has refused to recognize himself? Only refusal to accept yourself could make the question seem to be sincere. Uncertainty about what you must be is self-deception on a scale so vast, its magnitude can hardly be conceived. Who can doubt? If he asks as if he does not know, it merely shows he does not want to be the thing he is. To be alive and not to know yourself is to believe that you are really dead. For what is life except to be yourself, and what but you can be alive instead? You are yourself. There is no doubt about this. And yet you doubt it. Atonement remedies the strange idea that it is possible to doubt yourself, and be unsure of what you really are. This is the depth of madness. Yet it is the universal question of the world. What does this mean except the world is mad? Why share it's madness in the sad belief that what is universal here is true? Nothing the world believes is true. It is a place whose purpose is to be a home where those who claim they do not know themselves can come to question what it is they are. And they will come again until the time atonement is accepted, and they learn it is impossible to doubt yourself, and not be aware of what you are. Only acceptance can be asked of you, for what you are is certain. And what you accept as what you are proclaims what everyone must be, along with you. If you fail your brothers in this way, you fail yourself. Today, accept Atonement, not to change reality, but merely to accept the truth about yourself. It teaches you that the Oneness of God's Son is unassailed by his belief he knows not what he is. Jesus
Why will God heal amputees? Now I'm going to turn lkh's question around and approach it from the perspective of actually desiring and intending to find the answer. To move toward the answer, let us first look at an amputee to see him correctly. More importantly must the amputee see himself correctly in order to be healed. A healer is one who helps the amputee remember about himself what he temporarily forgot. When that is accomplished, the amputee heals himself. This is the basis of all healing. All healing is for the mind. When the mind is no longer "amputated", the body will match and reflect it. There is no order of difficulty in miracles because there is nothing difficult for the mind that fully remembers and is integrated. A mind that reflects amputation in the body is a mind that takes separation very seriously. It is this perception that the healer will help the amputee heal. To regenerate limbs, the prerequisite healing of the mind of the amputee must be comprehensive. Atonement is the healing of all separation, so this is the goal of the healed healer and the amputee. The healer must first accept the atonement for himself to be able to help the amputee remember his original state. To be continued... Jesus
Jesus, What does the "son of god" mean? How can an Eternal, Omniscient Omnipresent, immutable Spirit (God) have a son? ...or is there a "personal God" the so called christians love to quote and pray to? ..or are YOU God, in the flesh? Am I missing something? Andras
