Why We Should Never Compromise On Gun Rights

  1. Thanks for confirming how delusional you are. Why don't you go back and look at some of the videos from Katrina, or other natural disasters where law and order breaks down. The Rodney King LA riots come to mind.

Some people prefer to be prepared rather than having to rely on the kindness of strangers, like Blanche DuBois. (I'm sure with your impressive education credentials, you know that reference.)

Dude, the 100 ATR takes detachable box mags.

The guy in the video is showing how you can top-load a "detachable" box mag. lol. It's not an internal mag, sweetie, any more so than my SP5K's mag becomes an "internal" mag when inserted into the magwell.

    And WWII is over.

  3. Home invasions are thankfully rare in the US. In the UK, with draconian anti-gun laws and a policy of over the top prosecutions of homeowners who have the temerity to defend themselves and their families against thugs, they are commonplace. https://www.telegraph.co.uk/comment/personal-view/3613417/An-Englishmans-home-is-his-dungeon.html

Noodle brain must imagine it is because all those Brits were just rude to some chap at the local or did something offensive getting their fish and chips. Or maybe thugs are not as dumb as liberals imagine and can do a basic risk/reward calculation.

Frankly, it doesn't matter. People should be able to choose how they live. Noodles would call it a choice between being a good person or living in constant fear. The rest of us would call it the choice not to be a victim and to have taken reasonable precautions to safeguard our families.

The problem is one side of the debate is insisting on their right to dictate how the other side gets to live. That offends me. I wouldn't dream of telling someone they need to have a gun, if they were uncomfortable with the idea. What gives them the right to tell me what I have in my own house?

Produce ONE model of non-detachable "internal" mag used in bolt-action competitions--that is currently in production, excluding airguns.

Pussies? A few thugs armed only with baseball bats could take down Mike Tyson in his prime. Firearms are the great equalizer.

FTR, Canadians can own SBRs without the year wait and tax stamp. They can chop the barrel on a Tavor which would be a felony here. No ARs though. This is common as dirt up North, but you'd be arrested for possession here in the States:

  9. I can't say I'm familiar with the details, since I don't own a gun and have no interest in acquiring one. Sure, we have our share of gun-related violence here, but the per capita gun violence in the US outstrips that of Canada. Why do you think that is?

Because you have the terrifying Chinese-made Norinco Type 97. Nobody would dare commit a violent act knowing that there may be someone close... lurking... with a T97!
