Why was my "Has the ET neighborhood gone to hell" thread closed?

I did not ask that it be closed. There was no forewarning that it would be closed. It was simply and arbitrarily closed.

 

Maybe the ET moderation has gone to hell too.

 

Because the thread was nothing more than a flame war. The same will happen to this thread if that's all it becomes. Go to chit chat with your fecal matter slinging.

 

Then why don't you ban some of that fecal matter? It would cut down on the splatter.

 

This kind of thing never would have happened during the Bush administration. Our society is becoming less free in ways that Orwell never even imagined.
