I'm so glad that I just trade the price action. "Why" is not in my trader's toolbox. I hope O does a great job. USD is world's safest and strongest currency...always. Look for Euro and British Pound to be at parity and weaker to USD in the days to come...run a 10 year chart on eurusd and gbpusd...
