because Trump plans to build several Trump hotels and towers in Moscow and St. Petersburg when he resigns ; he's going to throw some eastern European countries under the bus to please Putin such as Ukraine, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia ; He's planning for his next move. as he said it b4 he doesn't like being US president.
