I agree with your negotiation goals. I just don't want to see WWIII and humanity wiped off the face of the Earth if things escalate over one small country in Europe.

Again I ask, what's the point of fighting for freedom if there's nothing left in the end, and millions upon millions are scattered across Europe with no homes, no jobs, no anything?

Because we fear what "might" happen with other dictators?
    That's bs.
We can can cross that bridge when we come to it.
    Just like we always have.
    "What if's" don't cut it.
We can play that game all day long.

"I love the smell of Napalm in the morning"

"The Vietnam War still holds the record for the war with the most bombs thrown in the history of the world. The total number of bombs that the US aircraft dropped on Vietnam was 7.85 million tons, nearly 3 times the total number of bombs that all countries used in World War II and the destructive power of 250 atom bombs that the US threw on Hiroshima. On average, each Vietnamese person at that time suffered about 250 kg of bombs dropped from US aircraft. That is not to mention 7.5 million tons of ammunition used by the US on the ground (including grenades, mines, explosives, artillery shells of all kinds) and 45,260 tons (about 75 million liters) of toxic chemicals by the US. sprayed on the country of Vietnam"

Just know I'm not a Russian shill and I wrote the above several weeks ago. To me it's common sense.

Regarding Russians in body bags... safe bet Putin could give one flying f about that. Those kids are nothing more than cannon fodder. No one has brought this up yet, but I suspect Putin is using old equipment and a JV team. He may be evil af, but I doubt he's lost his mind completely. He knows we have AWAC's sucking up everything he does like a sponge. No way he's playing his best hand here.

Never considered that as a outcome, although, it is possible that some of those would become too cocky.

And that's why the things will not escalate. Hes not mad.
They say that he does care about the Russia, man is a nationalist/patriot & father, thus, risking his own country to be demolished, is the least of his intentions.

We don't know how far the inner circle/generals, are willing to go as well. Maybe a sabotage within, one or two, would happen.

The king is dead. Hail the king.

,,A general who killed the tyron''.
A tempting title to begin the new era.

Again, who are we to know.

I'm sure he does care, but he's also a student of history and he knows what "Mother Russia" sacrificed in WWII.
19K, 20K,30K, even 100K lives lost for the Motherland pale in comparison to 16MM killed back then.
He doesn't think like we do, and you're right, we can't get in his head. But taking into account his well vocalized aspirations to restore Russia to its former glory, a few 100,000 Russian "heroes" in body-bags is a small price to pay. I could be wrong though, but I suspect I'm not.

    ...And the futures are up.
    No way that's retail.

Progress for peace is being made.
    Hopefully.

And this is where this part begins, -
100K, Truly a small price to pay, even if that's your own (in the eyes of Rus). Like, they had a practice of shooting your best lieutenants, captains, majors etc. (due the paranoia) back in WW2.

Du no. Well, all of this discussion, is quite exhausting, but at least i got your point properly.
@easymon1 burn those damn yellow papers, they're no good for you man (laughs)

    They are all wrong.
    Putin's wrong.
    Biden's wrong.
    NATO Bloats are wrong.
    Ukraine leadership is wrong.
Go get 20 random people from the phone books of each of the four "sides" and they will come
up with a better outcome than these elite insufferable firmly entrenched powdered assholes.

Germany lost what 40 million, Russia lost what 60 million.
    You keyboard tough guys...
Go get into it if you are as committed as your talky.
Why play "Why don't you and him fight."
Nobody with two brain cells to rub together is fooled by warmongering jingoism.
