There is no science that shows the universe IS fine tuned, so nothing to lie about.
Scientists say multiverse, so again nothing there to lie about.

The fine tuning you mean is not science anyway.

you will lie in the face of science to support your ignorant 1950s random chance did it world view.

how many constants are there in the standard model of the universe stu? How tuned are they?

    answer...

    "The constant gardener

One problem is that, as it stands, the model requires its 20 or so constants to be exactly what they are to an uncomfortable 32 decimal places. Insert different values and the upshot is nonsensical predictions, like phenomena occurring with a likelihood of more than 100%.

Nature could, of course, turn out to be this fastidious. But physicists have learned to take the need for such fine-tuning, as the precision fiddling is known in the argot, as a sign that something important is missing from their picture of the world."

  4. It's amazing, Is it not, that you can live your entire life, not perfect, but trying not to screw things up all the time either, and taking some real pleasure in putting others first, and giving- IOW being a good guy.

You're not counting on anything other than what has already been given to you, and you appreciate it, yet you still try to live your entire life accordingly, and in a way that will bring you what you have always hoped for, which is that smiling no shit moment at the end (or beginning).

    I don't think you'll be disappointed Capn.

In order for you to be disappointed would mean that you would have to survive in the final moments, and make it through to the other side; To actually still have a conscience that is capable of disappointment regardless of the flesh that died.

It is possible, but as you've said- you don't believe it, Do you?

"IS" nice work troll.... you are going to redefine is and lie your ass off.

just like when you insisted the cosmological constant is just a place holder and could be changed to zero...

your 1950s atheism is science crap is quaint but stupid.

    This IS the science...

ok then, as you say, multiverse IS the science.

But there is no science that shows the universe IS fine tuned.

the multiverse is conjecture and requires faith in unknown unseen almost infinite other universes.

Albert Einstein, not me, had the cosmological constant at zero. He coined the term and did the field equations for it. But hey, thanks for the compliment.

In that case fine tuning is worse than conjecture, as there is no science that shows the universe IS fine tuned.

At least multiverse complies with the laws of physics and is based on science rather than faith.

Stu, you are now a standard model of the universe denying, science denying moron.

    here is real science
