No you're just too ashamed to admit that your "Einstein quote'' has all the validity of young George Washington cutting down a cherry tree. Only a lawyer, or perhaps only a shyster, would go to this extreme to try to hold on to a bogus quote.
so if 10 is meta physical certainty on a 1-10 scale how sure are you that Einstein never said anyting like the fundamental question is - is the universe friendly - based on the facts you presented.
I know I'm out of the loop, but I just can't watch that shit on TV. Except for what little I've read here I don't know much about the trial and don't care too. It's reality TV for middle aged white guys. I can't watch those made for TV reality murder trials even when there's a good looking lady being prosecuted.
the ridiculous troll b.s. when a troll faces a losing argument they start in on the typos. when they have lost an argument for 5 years... they resort to revisions of history about typos.
You can't blame them, jem. Like the race baiters, they can only see what they want to see. Evidence and truth is not what they seek. They are afraid to get too near the Kryptonite of facts.
I am 10 that IF he said it, he was quoting Myers, probably with attribution, but some idiot along the way falsely attributed it to Einstein. I am 9 that he never said it at all, given the abundance of other quotes misattributed to him, so why should this one be any different other than wishful thinking on your part?
The mis attribution argument is almost a red herring for me. Because I would have no reason to believe the cited author was creator of the idea without much further research. I have no concern that Einstein was not the originator of that idea. (E=MCsquared is pretty good originality for anyone.) I am sure Einstein repeated the ideas of many scientists and philosophers during his life. But.... the fact that the first quote showing up the internet is from 1979 is the issue for me. I don't we can rule that he never said it... but I would say it is fairly disputed. I would like to know more about orly and his reputation.
