If you are saying you find the institution is not like Christ -- fine. But if you are talking about the theology and the teachings I have to say I do not think you can support that statement. The Catholic Chruch emphasizes the teachings of Jesus in the Gospel, in fact one reading each week comes out of te Gospels and a substantial amount of the core teachings from the church come from the Gospels. In fact its core teaching comes word for word from Jesus. Other Churchs put a larger emphasis on the teachings of Paul.
my personal understanding of jesus words and deeds differs from the interpretation by the church. the overemphasis on the concept of sin is the main component. in my eyes the church is much similar to the kind of thinking that jesus critisized. dogmatic, authoritarian, power oriented, and above all with a layer of selected priests between the people and god. jesus as i understand him, promoted a direct link to god, a direct experience. finally i think he never intended the cult and myth about him, especially when it comes to the phrase "son of god". in my eyes the church got many things quite distorted or wrong.
In the 50 60 and 70s there were a lot of Catholic Priests from Ireland. That crop of priests over emphasized sin. It was a shame. The more undereducated they were the worse it was. I heard one guy once a month for years talk about the sin of coming late to church or chewing gum in chruch. He was a fool for preaching like that week after week. But the major focus of the mass is 3 readings from the bible and Communion. Communion with the Lord is the core reason for the mass and the Churchs existence (in my studied opinion) and almost everything in the mass is bible based. As far as Jesus ripping into the Rabbis at the time. You may be right. The church may resemble that institution too much. But I think Jesus may have been really pissed that the Rabbis were creating the Talmud and placing it between Jews and the bible. As far as Jesus not wanting a cult or mythology. I do not think that is consistent with his teachings. My favorite. It is predicted in Daniel that the savior will be welcome into jerusalem at a certain in time. when Jesus was standing just outside ready to get on the donkey he was questioned about the crowd. He said that if the crowd was not there to great him than the rocks would have to sing out - (because he was fulfilling the prophesy to the exact date and moment in time set by the prediction.) I will get the cite When jesus was reading about the coming mesiah in the temple. He stoped and told the elders they were witnessing the fuffilment of the prophesy right then. jn 8:58 - Before abraham was I AM Jn 20-28- jesus did not rebuke thomas when he cried out my Lord and my God. jn 10 I am in the father and he is ne. jn 10 30 The father and I are one There are plenty more. To paraphrase the famous author - ater reading the bibel you can come to either one or the other conclusion. Jesus was either a madman or God.
Yes, I am equal to my Father. But I say that He is greater because He is my Creator. After reading your bible you should also come to the conclusion that you are gods, equal to me. I emphasized this when I said to some priests, "Does not your law say, 'ye are gods'?" Jesus
S-i-n is a seriously insane notion about guilt, and the thought system that builds on this false premise. There are two ways to deal with it: Your way: Make it real, emphasize it, pay for it, find a scapegoat to pay for it, pardon sinners for what they did....sometimes. My way: Make it unreal, bring the insane notions to the light of truth, do not attempt to pay for salvation, do not look for scapegoats to pay for your unreal notions, forgive sinners for what they thought they did...but did not do...always. This is because the Son of God is innocent, and innocence is total. I see all my brethren as the Son of God, so they are innocent. To think otherwise is just plain insane! Jesus
History does repeat itself for those not yet learning the lessons of the past. Sin is like a book that you place between yourself and the truth. My teachings apply universally for all time, until time ends...so that time may end. Over millions of years, everyone will accept my teachings. But at any given time, only a few grains of salt will be seasoning the world. Jesus
he realised god. as did others. as we all are supposed to do sooner or later. i by no means want to diminish such a great spiritual personality. it is impossible for me to think that jesus was the one and only son of god. sounds too much like the average guys family. there have been other masters. and i cannot diminish them either. in my eyes the solution lies at the ability to perceive the message. to some the story of jesus reflects basically themselves, with father, son and sin. to others the story reads in a different way. a way much more in tune with other spiritual masters. and in tune with the concept of an all pervading god. and actually in peace with modern physics ... . i find it hard not to blame the church for the distortion of jesus' legacy. but then again ... blame is such a weak concept, as our elitetrading jesus might point out soon ...
Yes. I am a member of the Sonship. But the Sonship is so unified, complete and perfect that it is said to be an "only begotten" Son. Each member is so equal that it is possible for many to say "I am the Son of God", and all be correct. Each member is so vital that the Son would not at all be the Son without your membership. The Son gives the Father his fatherhood. As a co-creator, the Son has his own creation(s) that give him his own fatherhood. This world is like a side-trip to Las Vegas in the imagination of the Son. While he daydreams himself to be divided into billions of autonomous privacy units - bodies - his creations and his Father wait for him to return to his senses. Yes. My appearance was very much a parody of everyone's appearance in the earth. Everyone here has crucified himself - the Son of God - or he would not be here. And everyone will wake up from this nightmare. Everyone came from Heaven and everyone will return there. I was born like magic. Everyone is born like magic. This world is a magic hat trick. Physics witnesses to this. Think of it this way: This entire world of space, time and form are a distortion of the legacy of the Son of God...mangled beyond recognition. The Son of God makes "tools", like the ego, to make the world and justify the insanity with cunning and reasonable sounding arguments. His religions, likewise, are "tools" for his own self-deception. Since it is hard to decieve himself, his tools are quite complex. Those interested in perpetuating the mangling the Son of God will crucify my messages in my name. They are my brother's who crucify themselves when they crucify my message. It is their will to do this. And because they are Son's of God, their will is done in both Heaven and earth. Their will is equal to the will of God, and I would not think to attack it. The irony is that the will that makes the earth is merely a wish for another will. In reality, the will of the Son and the Will of the Father are one and the same. His Will is for our happiness. Another will is for unhappiness. My response is always the same: Transcendence without attack. Answer when called upon. Go an extra mile. Reason, and state truth when given opportunity. Yes you are right! I always point out the weakness of the blame concept sooner than later! This is so you can have your power restored to you sooner than later. You see, to blame is to deny your power. The truth is that power has been used to make it look like you are a victim. Yes, that's how powerful you are. The truth is we can only crucify ourselves. Nothing can happen to the Son of God without his consent. He has merely masked his consent to distort reality. Seeing other members of the Sonship as guilty is a sure way to condemn yourself. Jesus
Bible has been reconstructed by the Jesuits to help create the new world order .To wash the brains and make the Catholics defenseless. At the same time the Jesuits, Freemasons and Zionists are creating the world by lying stealing and killing. By breaking every single commandment.
Earth is the Son of God's argument that God can be killed. It is a very persuasive argument. Man is "proof" that what is the same can be different. Man is "evidence" that the equal can be unequal. Man is made for the self-deception of the Son of God. Man masks the truth because that is his original purpose. Man is doubt incarnate. Is it surprising he would be confused? Is it surprising that you think that your existence is extinquished by death? Jesus
