As far as a bear rally or bear trend, one can sell too early or late, even with a wise scale out. So i like both, early or late. I like practical stuff , if one sells metals , give the metals cashier a50pound bag of turnip greens/ if she likes them
Why did you sell when the market was consolidating? After all, the price didn't show which way it would exit this consolidation, so you had to wait for a breakout and retest of the broken level and only then enter the market.
