So what, States powers are undefined but they can't conflict with Constitution.. or the fed govt should and is obligated to step in. âThe powers delegated by the proposed Constitution to the federal government are few and defined. Those which are to remain in the State governments are numerous and indefinite.â âJames Madison
Yes it was the government that wrote the Jim Crow Laws. But to be more specific, it was the goddamn DEMOCRATS that wrote the Jim Crow laws.
The same democrats who created the k.k.k., slavery, and the Jim Crow Laws are the exact same democrats who exist today, they just switched who they want to discriminate against, democrats and liberals have always been about racial division, and hate, its the only way they can get their big government agenda through. No one naturally wants to cede control of their life to the government, you guys rely division and hatred to survive, so long as you can convince people that someone else is screwing them, they will willingly allow you to take control of their lives.
Yep they are, you can try to change history all you want, but the democrats of today are saying the exactsame thing as the democrats of the 60's who fought the civil rights act, and were active members in the klan, its just geared towards different people, racial/class division has always been straight out of the leftist, marxist, Saul alinsky playbook.
