Ok, yes, I support the passing of that. I would have supported it in the day, as well. I would have done so because it is a morally correct argument.

No worries. Incidentally, this is one of the few examples of where the Federal Government needed to step in and assert law upon the states who could not (would not) do it for themselves. It had to happen, but it is an exception to the rule.

 

And who do your "tests" say you should?

Thank you. It took a lot but finally got it out of you. You are voting for big government. Just do me a favor, don't come back here and complain when your big government uses all that power in a way you don't agree with since you are the one giving them that power.
