Why most of us should probably vote third party

  1. I thought this one was going to get Lawrence O'Donnell in trouble.

Quite surprised he said most of this.

I considered a third party. In fact, I would have taken the Roseanne Barr/Cindy Sheehan ticket if Sheehan wasn't seriously bat-shit crazy. Since I'm in California my state almost always goes to the Dem in a presidential election and I'm not voting for the Dem this time. Anyway, I did the reponsible thing and voted Romney, even though due to the EC my vote won't count.

  3. I was considering voting third party, but as someone who trades for a living there's too much at stake right now.

Democrats are pushing two financial transaction tax (FTT) bills in the House of Representives. If either one passed it would put me out of business. I'm no fan of Romney or the Republicans, but I'll be voting for Republicans to block any possible FTT legislation.

Can't listen until off my conference call. Don't want the whole consumer finance group to hear it :) Give me 30 min.
