We should be investing in high speed rail to bring immigrants up from Tierra Del Fuego at the southern tip of South America. With stops every twenty miles to pick up anyone who wants to come. They are all coming anyway and there would be fewer rapes, cartels, and child molestations involved. Also, their housing accommodations and resettlement stipends should be ready for them when they arrive. We don't want them sleeping out on the streets like American citizens.
