Oh, yes, I am sure, I have no alternative, unless I move to other instruments, which I might do, eventually, but I want to do so on my own schedule and not because I cannot trade Forex anymore. Still, I am going to take my time researching brokers before I open a new account. What do you mean by "I blindly transferred my account"?
transferred it from IB-UK to IB-IE For me the platform is very important, so I would choose a broker that connects with either NinjaTrader or TradingView.
you did not do the transfer, IB did, it was a forced transfer, and with IB IE there is no leveraged trading for Forex. I hope you trade other instruments, as if you trade Forex, unless you have M$ on your account, you will be in the same position I am in...
I'm no expert, but I use Oanda, and have been happy with their platform for the past few years. It's easy to setup sub accounts, move money around etc. I am in the US, but I think they accept UK accounts, but I don't know if they will have the same problem with IB? Might be worth looking into. They seem to be good about providing creds for various data feeds you may want, I have some for feeds in NT, MT4, etc. I use it solely as order entry, all/most of my charting I still do on NT.
Oanda is under consideration, though as you say it, if it is set in the UK it may be impacted by Brexit as IB was

look at Amp global..some people reporting they charge for lodging and withdrawing money but as i am still with IB I don't know exactly..you can always trade the MES with IB for small risk..at the moment all my trades are done on my mobile phone as per my screenshot..no losers in the last 15 trades or so.. except for one that cost me around $170 as i left the Dec futures contract expire to test something out.. which i learned a little bit from
M4, A few questions, this also applies to anyone else who has played around w/the images. Obviously posting these, most would realize these are little illusions, but if you were to see these images in some other context, would you have noticed? I.e., when I saw these, I broke out a straight edge as that's the point. But w/o that, where any of you able to legit see the image for what it is, without further investigation? Also, that last one, I mistyped that... it should read, "Are the horizontal lines parallel here." Also, of these four images, in relation to THIS thread, I think the third image is the most interesting.
