back to our discussion..bear in mind OA that the purpose is to broaden your mind..consider possible "theories"..as that is all they are until otherwise proven to "yourself" !!

"a brief history of time" starts off by stating something like "what i am about to say is a theory..and like all theories are just that..until proved by..in this case..mathematics..or to be a bit more specific..a branch of mathematics"

go read to discover !!!

so..if the "greatest" minds on the planet..sometimes spend decades..to "prove" a theory..and the end result makes no "real" difference to the "man on the street"..what the f**k are they all playing at !!!!

and..more important.."wtf" has this got to do with trading and trying to make a few "bob" !!!!!

back to first chart..what 'theory" can we come up with for this one..and do we "need" to prove it ?

What TF did you use to calculate the TP?
Or is it connected to the ATR?

 

My mind is only broadened if you give me some new clues that might fit in with everything I've been reading here over the last ten years!

except for the visual bar info of the last months,
there's the H and L of the day,
and change from the open in % and pips

 

OA, it does not matter. Any TF will do to create the statistics. It is the statistics that give you an edge to start with... not any lines. However I think lines at certain levels can improve your overall results. I do not use them.

well..on the daily the obvious low risk trade was a test of the previous highest point in the chart..which just happened to be around a even 1.20 number..draw the line !

oh..are u trading normal contract or micro contract..makes a big diff..i am ONLY trading the MES micro contract now..as i am only interested in making some money every time i trade..i really don't care what anyone else says or does..and neither should you..talk is cheap and paper..never refuses ink !!

if you are not able to make some money trading..then cut your risk to the lowest possible until you start to make some money..even if it is only $50 a day..which..you can make in a few min by trading the micro contracts for low risk..

all of this..is..of course..depending you are aware of the "obvious"..is that not what NY said
