I saw the password protected PDF a few months back so I already know the password.
    There's nothing to see, though.
Shall I just post it here?

by the way, did you figure out the missing part? I think I did figure out the general meaning of it long time ago even if it may not be exactly right as the OP intended...

On page 42 nysestocks says :
On page 44 he says :
Every suggestions inbetween are here listed :
Based on that and the arrow, I would tend to say "No following" maybe.
( Though in my mind I was thinking to "No opportunity" )

    :)

yeah, i was thinking on no Action as the stage in the process (and the picture) seems to indicate the need for further verification, but No Opportunity makes also perfect sense. anyway the whole diagram is very interesting and the one that especially got me thinking is the 6th one...i had a look at few charts and it seems to be very useful...

    Obvious I cracked the password;)

Maybe this helps understanding the password pdf file in another context:

    1 Preparation
    2 Data
    3 Decision Control Transfer Y/N
    4 Terminator
    5 Decision
    6 Predefined Process
    7 Manual Operation

Interesting to see that the same symbol is used for the N and the R, but the leaving arrow follows another path/direction.

GO it make sense as these are both decision points, however the second one does not really need branch as I think that the No branch only means wait a bit more for confirmation...
