    I'm a stock-tard, never traded futures, thought about it, but never pursued it

    I habitually trade the same stock over and over - then about every 4 mo, I'll swap just to keep from getting lax/ stale

    For day trading; (in no certain preference)

    AIG
    AMZN
    LVS
    POT
    RIMM

    Sometimes I’ll go with WYNN, MON, or JPM

    Why these – I've become comfortable with them

    eta - I would not recommend these to start out on - they sometimes can get quite lively

    Meaning - should one have any hesitation about exiting a loser, that loser can grow quickly

    Or, if fast moves throw you for a loop, sometime these can make you quite loopy
