You are a pain in the ass. Clinton made an agreement with N Korea in the 90's . The US would trade fuel and food for a promise from N Korea not to advance their weapons. After Bush went to war over 9/11 N. Korea got scared and told the US under secretary that they have been violating the agreement since day one. Clinton is the fool.

If you want to go back to the very beginning of N Korea's nuclear program construction of Yongbyon started in 1989.The US was aware of this in 1989 and has admitted so.Clinton wasn't President then The Atomic Energy Agency first said they suspected N Korea was turning spent fuel rods into weapons-grade plutonium in May of1992,again that wasn't Clinton.The US knew this before the Atomic Energy Agency did With that said I do blame Clinton for starting the process of Bribing N Korea not to build nukes
