Agree with previous message. People that only complain in this and other forums are definitely losers that would always blame somebody else for their mistakes. There is no place for these in a professional firm like IB. Thank you IB for maintaining efficient and professional trading environment. Keep-up with good job
they have issues with people born in baghdad. I know I know. I'm only blaming them for my parents' mistake of giving birth to me in Baghdad. It should have either been in London or in a small obscure town that their compliance department wouldn't recognise.
All posts so far have been good, I agree most with lachie74. My folks IRA deposit is still not fixed.
The worst customer service of any business I've dealt with - smug, insulting, incompetent, sometimes all of the above. Try getting online support during Asian hours - those guys are the best at blowing you off.
