Why is hedging gaining popularity day by day?

You could call it hedging, but I think a more profitable way would be an arbitrage spread/hedge between two pairs using one common base currency.

  2. Price is produced at so much accuracy as in bang on the pip - You will find the Pairs have use the Support Levels as Allocated just fine - with targets and take profit marks surrounding the entire structor of the investment plan.

I will use Forex when I have to cause either can't get filled in futures or spread too wide in futures, but always I hedge. I been hedging for very long term, and yes there are "tricks" on how to do it, volumes required and when to put on. And yes, I think young traders should stay away and do a great deal of back testing before using hedges. Putting them on wrong just makes for losing worse especially when your basic system for entering currency pairs on directional signals is limited amount of back testing. Your system for entering overall must be profitable first and only then applying hedges can make a good system even better. But the costs are very high if you are entering on trend signals.

There many areas of trading, and I am certainly not at expert level on most of them, just wished there were more hours in a day to study.

  4. Thats a good idea how profitable are you at - this trading method you are betting that one side will go UP on a pair - whilst the other side of a different currency pair will go down - from another pair - Now that sound very interest - As in I started trading only yesterday. Wake up Man. You will quickly find out that it dosen`t work Bro. Back to system trading.

You can barely speak English, let alone understand what I am saying. I'm going to give you the benefit of doubt and assume it's not your native language, either that or you're lying about your age by 30 years.
Anyhow, what I said can be quite profitable, but I am certainly not going to give you any help.

After reading some of your other posts, I take back what I said. You have good grammar. My new assumption is you're taking consistent losses and are venting out.
Welcome to the game of forex, the great equalizer. An environment where anyone can present themselves as an expert, but market forces quickly deal reality.

Hedging is known as an activity of opening simultaneously the buy and sells positions of the same pair of currencies, to prevent losses. Hedging is getting popular as more and more traders are trying to secure their funds invested in the market they don't want to bear heavy losses and are happy to make even a small amount of profit.
But I will be very honest, when I was new to the market, I used to hedge my positions alot, but eventually, I stopped using this trading style as I have to bear the cost of 2 trades and the profit from one side is mostly nullified by the loss on the other side.
So you may use it and if it works well for you then you are good to go.
