France,UK,Italy and Germany has decent size black populations,nowhere near the black crime rate as The US.But again their societies aren't 50% evil conservatives.

 

In developed countries it only happens in The US

 

black population is a broad brush

I dont think the Bedford Stuyvesant crowd has much in common with a black person from Sweden.

The Bedford Stuyvesant crowd would be much different if they were born and raised in Sweden.

 

I don't know if this is bettor or worse than 20 years ago, probably better , but still not good. It's too big to be cleaned up in only a decade or two
