I highly suggest you call the tech department for CQG. However, you should be more informative about the specs of the computer at your office and the specs of the computer at your home along with info about typical programs that can cause an installation problem (e.g. Anti-Virus program). By the way, a few weeks ago I watched a trading pal install CQG on his system and I don't remember seeing him use a installengine.com link. His downloads were via a ftp link and he got an email from CQG with the same ftp link. Mark
