Why does Success Trade Securities need to make many division companies such as lowtrades, Just2Trade,etc. I think 1 division company is enough, Whaty is their purpose?
This reminds me of what a airlines did in the 80's, the 1st lo-cost carriers. They figured ok if it costs $4000 all-in to run this short flight, let's try to sell 65 seats at $80, that is proift of $1200 per flight. No big salaries, advertise locally. Think: Southwest
The answer is: Marketing. An example of this is TigerDirect. Do some research, they have something like 20 different storefronts(different names, websites) but the format is the same. However, sometimes the prices are different.
It seems one (i.e. Successtrade) is offering per-share pricing the other two (Lowtrades, Just2trade) are offerings per-trade pricing. Just2trade is for the experienced customers; Lowtrades is for all type of customers. Lowtrades offers a toll-free number for the customer services; Just2trade offers a local#.
