It doesn't make sense because the "Bomber" part of the phrase already covers the homicide part because bombs are used to kill.. Its like saying "bomber bomber" It sounds kind of silly. Also, homicide bomber does not explain that the person also purposely took their own life in the process. idk, I get what they are trying to say but I just think its kind of gay.
I get what they're saying as well. Maybe they think "suicide" bomber draws sympathy for the bomber in certain circles. Anyway I'm with you, suicide bomber says it all...villainous murdering POS. Why change it?
