Why do "profitable" traders take the time to train people remotely and for a fee?

  1. Isn't that a "contradictio in termis" ? LMAO

  2. Wait, Monty, so you're saying this jerk off doesn't even trade..... He just gives other people advice on his site??????

Wow, that makes alot of sense. So the guy has the balls to call out stuff he's not even in himself. And the results he posts are either those of the people that supossedly got back to him or those of which COULD HAVE BEEN IF HE WAS TRADING LIVE?

THIS IS GREAT, so these AUDITED RESULTS are really estimates from paper trades or what one of his family members writes in that they made. OUTSTANDING STUFF, WELL FOR THOSE WHO WERE WONDERING THIS IS WHY A TEACHER WOULD RATHER BE TEACHING THAN TRADING HIMSELF, B/C MOST OF THESE SETUPS ARE EXACTLY SCAMS LIKE THIS. IF YOU'RE TAKING INSTRUCTION FROM SOMEONE YOU SHOULD BE WATCHING THEM TRADE AND MAKE SURE THEY ARE KNOWN IN WHATEVER MARKET THAT YOU'RE TRADING.

THERE ARE WAY TOO MANY GUYS OUT THERE TEACHING OTHERS TO TRADE WHEN THEY CAN'T MAKE MONEY AT IT THEMSELVES.

THOSE WHO CAN'T DO TEACH. THOSE WHO CAN DO ACTUALLY DO.

THIS GUY AND SO MANY OTHERS OUT THERE HAVE THE AUDACITY TO CHARGE PEOPLE MONEY TO LEARN FROM THEM WHEN THEY THEMSELVES CAN'T EVEN MAKE A LIVING FROM TRADING.

ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF A CLASSIC RIP-OFF.

  4. Yeah, he doesn't even trade, if he would , he could post his own results WITHOUT the hypothetical disclaimer

Here are the results for the trades he makes for PN

  5. Pure.... You should never pay anyone to teach you anything unless they're putting up big numbers themselves. If they are just straight teaching then they aren't going to tell you anything you can't learn for free with a library card or an internet connection.

IF YOU CAN'T SEE SOMEONE PUTTING UP BIG NUMBERS THEMSELVES, THEN THEY SHOULDN'T BE REQUIRING THOUSANDS FROM YOU. AND ANY REAL TEACHING SERVICE WILL BE MONTHLY AND NOT A DISGUISED RISK DEPOSIT FROM GUYS WHO EITHER DON'T TRADE (i.e. ets or the moron posting in this blog for his awful site) OR WHO CAN'T MAKE A LIVING TRADING THEMSELVES SO THEY TEACH OTHERS (i.e. elite trade, platinum, keystone, etc.) What you should be looking for is something like a MBF, MILLENIUM, T3, ETC. SOMEWHERE THAT THE TEACHERS SHOW YOU THEIR TRADES LIVE, DO SIGNIFICANT VOLUME RELATIVE TO THE STOCK, BE AT THEIR TRADING SCREEN ALL DAY B/C THEY KNOW THAT'S WHERE THEY'RE MAKING THE BULK OF THEIR INCOME AND BE ABLE TO GENERATE ATLEAST TENS OF THOUSANDS IN A GIVEN DAY. Wasting your money learning from any one esle is exactly that..... A WASTE OF MONEY.

  6. I've never subscribed to the service, nor do I know which trader's P/Ls they show. But I know T3 is legit because some of those guys worked for my former boss at Broadway in the 1990s.

In the Fall of 2008, some guys would routinely have six-figure days. But it's all relative to their accounts because many guys have 10,000,000+ Buying Power (1% is 100,000).

    Check out this video:

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XruhYQW6unA

This guy is not at T3, but the Lightspeed office. His brother Serge was featured on a Forbes cover in the days of the SOES bandits (at Broadway). Anyway scroll the video to about 1:25 where you can see his buying power is over $18,000,000. There's another video where he talks about trading 10,000 SKF when it was trading at $300 lol.

So I would assume that the normal guys make/lose around 5,000k. I'm not sure if the bigger players with huge accounts are wired to the service. Their P/L's are probably in the $20,000 - $30,000 range on a normal day. But again, I'm just speculating the numbers based off buying power.

This puresh!t loser is a joke. He devotes way too much time on ET... he posts everyday. I don't think a consistently profitable trader who wants to get some "extra" income would market his scam on ET on a daily basis. Looks like all of his income comes from dumb-asses who subscribe to his chatroom.

  7. I have sampled most of these services, as I was looking to establish one myself. I decided against it but while researching whether to make it a part of my business I actually recorded some of these other services and watched them when the markets were closed. This includes the T3 service and those i mentioned before under one category or the other.

While there were some guys on there broadcast I didn't listen to, as they have it setup like radio stations where you choose who to listen to, I did play back the day of their best trader that's on the air and his avg. winning day was well into the ten of thousands of dollars and he never actually lectured during market hours. Before the open and after the close yes, but never showed slides, examples of charts, or anything that would make you say why the hell would he waste his time with this on the open. Instead he simply vocalized what he was thinking when getting in, out and during the trade. This is what is helpful, not some guy preaching about what he would do.

I'm not promoting or discrediting any of these firms and have not worked at any of these places, but I have watched replays of their days and certain places were great while others were a waste of money.

  8. To which firm (prop or other ?)are those T3 live guys connected ?

  9. T3 is the name of the prop firm.

  10. Yea logically thinking, it doesn't make sense that it wouldn't be worth it for the bigger guys to broadcast their trades to subscribers, particularly during market hours. Do they really need 100 of extra daily income when the make $20,000 just from their own trading?

I would assume that the guys that could better use the extra income are the 5k and less guys... and they are probably not the firm's best traders.

All in all, T3 is far superior to puresh!t. I'm not trying to promote to T3 in any way, but it's the only educational service where I know the traders actually trade real money and are more importantly profitable.
