What kind of stupid question is this. Trading is hard, and NOT guaranteed Teaching is much easier and a SURE THING. wtf are you even asking this question for?
I had exchanges with the SEC in two different ways. Coattail trading and front running the herd. I had friends who all worked at IBM and we shared TA trading info. Once we were front running TANG and MLPFB "assumed" something was coming up w IBM/Tang. Then IBM was converting from vacuum tubes to transistors. So ML put a bad guess out to their offices and TANG went from 4 to 22 in a short time. MLPFB was fined by the SEC as a consequence and the CEO's of TANG and IBM made a joint statement. TANG stock fell sharply. Later, the SEC began to monitor brokerages and accounts as they developed computer software. The software was poor and did not differentiate on the basis of skill and non public information. Over three years, the SEC learned to do this type of differentiation. They did not like learning about their mistakes nor were they receptive to input. Ultimately, they figured out I was using superior front running techniques and they got to reorient to traders like me and make amends. I maintain my amateur status by my required responses under NFA 208. There are some major myths about market timing and whether retail is very profitable as a mythical understanding about the precision of timing. Expert amateurs generally give away their insights as a courtesy to other amateurs.
I am going to do it on a very limited basis and cut my trading down to probably three days per week. I am in my 40's with three young daughters and a wife that works fulltime as a technical manager for IBM. Yes, I am successful, and yes I have a track record of making money 17 straight years. But it has taken alot out of me. I have four experienced Pros who have signed contracts for the SpreadProfessor consulting service, and that is just perfect for me. The last thing I want is some sort of online trading academy.

YOU ARE CERTAINLY 1 OF THOSE SCAM ARTISTS They have another scam feauture > the P.A.I.D program : if you want to become a trading instructor for puretick ( I thought Alex was the one LOL ), you have to supply then with a minimum of 2 months of profitable statements AND you have to be a paying subsciber, you "can" earn $50/hour , puretick takes $10 of that. THEY ASK FOR minimum 2 months of profitable statements BUT the head trader, Alex is losing in his own 3 month managed account LOL CAN IT GET MORE IRONIC ? http://www.puretick.com/paid.html Another bogus claim : if you go to the home page and look at the bottom left , you will see the front page of a so-called magazine in which puretick would have been featured > the funny thing is, when you click on that page you get directed to the trial account sign-up ... track record so far april : -0.82 % may: -1.60 % june: +0.25 % www.profitnavigation.com Based on monthly risk/reward figures , making 1 buck for losing 5 , we WILL go down fast Ladies and Gentlemen, this is your captain speaking , we have an emergency decent , please, fasten seatbelts LMAO P.S. No wonder Alex needs to run a scam room to make money ALEX, WHAT IS YOUR INTELLIGENT COMMENT ON THE ABOVE ?
I ripped you in another thread. Look it up. Let's see. An intelligent comment to defeat you? I can belch and come up more intelligent than you and your entire inbred family. How is that for you. How come no one asks a trading question in this entire ET room? Just kids exchanging insults with other kids. What would you do if someone like me never visited this site? But for those who are interested, I answer ALL MEANINGFUL QUESTIONS AT: PURETICK.COM Successfully, Alex L. Your argument has holes in it Monty21, do you think that all traders on planet earth that possess great knowledge will remain quiet & not share their knowledge? Many other industries have their so called gurus or just plain individuals that have no hidden agenda, from flight instructors, music teachers, voice coaches, etc... Why should trading instructors be singled out Monty21?
I agree with, Qwerty. I'd like to add: People feel that trading education taught by experienced traders for a price is almost sinful. It is far from it. People want to make money for their knowledge and time giving it out. I don't see what's so hard to understand about that. I equate your thread to this: you don't want to pay for paperview, so you get a blackbox. everything then becomes free. great, right? well, you are now getting for free what should be actually a paid service. Same thing on the internet. People give away their knowledge for free and it almost spoils you and others to expect it should always be this way when it is far from it. It's totally right for people to charge money for trading help(they busted their ass to learn it, why not make money from it). Maybe you don't feel it is worth it to you Monty21, but there are plenty of people that think it is and they are worthy of a service like this. If you are afraid of scammers, then request a free trial first, if the service makes you money, great, if not, shut up and don't bitch about them not showing you their balance sheets. (Which I take as an insult when people ask me for it because my balance sheets are between me, only me & the federal government.)
I don't know about that GabbyJay. Phil Jackson the Lakers coach works for free? Uh oh no he does not. Wait. The law professors at Yale Law school teach for free because they want to prove to the world they are successful? Ooops no, I am wrong. I guess I should not disagree with you. Oh wait I found one. Monty21 does work for free. It is right here in his resume. It said he once tried to apply for a shelf stocking job at Walmart but they felt he was not qualified enough. So he agreed to take the 56 month internship for no pay. Unfortunately he lost out to Beanie Bumpkin who did get the job. So now Monty pokes fun at professional traders all day. Successfully, Alex L.
