Why do people use Volume, Range and Tic charts?

  1. ProfLogic has left an extensive body of knowlege here ... if you:

    a) study his writings (all in this thread, btw),
    b) review the charts, and
    c) watch the system in real-time you will be able to figure out what the charts are saying

Currently long ES and YM, they established major support at Friday's close, price retraced and tried to establish a major resistance point in the ES, which was then negated by price action, minor support was established and the uptrend continues. Will hold until the MO (Momentum Oscillator) reaches the +1 level unless the internals and the indice firm up.

    Good trading,

  5. Previous Major Support was established @ 1544 on my scalping chart of the ES, so this dip might be bought, but I look for everything to line up, so I'll keep what I got and come back tomorrow.

... and that's 1370-1380 area for the YM, the NQ is all over the place, giving much wider and erractic swings than the other two indice ... typicall of a choppy, trendless day.

    Fearless,

Can you please send e-mail to Baron. I was just informed by moderator, that this is how the title can be changed.

Thanks for helping with title change. I do think it will make more people to look into its content.

Yep, NT works great. They will soon release 6.5 where they will officially support programming access to DOM and T&S. I rely on these 2 to make a trading decision once I see a signal on the chart.

  9. Hi RD

I would greatly appreciate your thoughts on 6.5 after it`s release.

Will this mean that you can strip the bid-ask from DOM and T&S and code it.

    regards

That's right. You already can do it for DOM, but Ninja does not support it officially yet. Check, the first post on this thread for reference sample: http://www.ninjatrader-support.com/vb/showthread.php?t=1685
