Why do people use Volume, Range and Tic charts?

Here is the weekly Excel file I produce for the 66 markets I monitor and the market directions for each.

This gives you an idea of the amount of research I do each day on top of trading.

 

I use eSignal/MultiCharts and when I pull up a new symbol I get at least 90 days of data. It might be your charting software.

 

PL, for some reason I am unable to view your xls attachment. Nothing seems to get downloaded....

I checked it when I uploaded it and it works fine. If you don't have Excel you can download the viewer at Microsoft.

 

No, I have excel. weird. let me try it in IE. For some reason no file gets downloaded for me with firefox.
