Re log on to elite trader every few hours? How come I have to write id and password so often? It was not like that before. Do you do the same?
This could happen, for example, If you are using firefox/mozilla are you clearing cookies each time you close it and reopen? Or Is there something else running that is cleaning up the supposed persistent cookie login for ET?
No I am not using firefox/mozilla and I do not clean cookies .I use Win XP pro. and donât have any program that is cleaning. How often you log in?
I've only ever needed to login once. It could be that someone, somewhere else is trying to login under your username?
