Lets see...Bin Laden was supposedly killed and within hours buried at sea with no proof of his death and now the only people that were actually there to witness the death of Bin Laden were killed 6 weeks later. Sounds like this is standard governmental protocol. Issue a lie, and then kill all people that could expose that lie.
Good question. We are so worried about "civilian" casualties, we prefer to risk our troops' lives. Of course, it's not like the brass who make these idiotic policies are at any risk because of them. Like it's always been, it's the frontline troops who pay the price.
