Why did Chinese premier choose to publicly humiliate Obama at Copenhagen?

  1. Taxing the consumer by being pro American (something the right wing isn't because they support job exporting...yet whine about illegal aliens) to not buy shit they don't need would have kept us out of this mess.

In the fifties and sixties, most wives did not have to work and were able to stay home and raise a family.

Now wives have to work because their husbands don't make enough to provide for their family.

This is essentially the pivotal problem of America, and since corporations have a lock on government, the corporations are behind all the problems.

The corporations introduced the credit card to America, if you track history, you will see that much of America's decline in standard of real living began at that time.

America's best days were post WWII, when labor unions were strong, people were able to raise a family and have the wife stay at home, and the corporations were held in check by government and labor unions.

The balance of power is gone now, and corporations run a muck driven by greed...

Anyone who thinks that corporations are not running America through their influence on the people who run our government is either mentally defective, or self deluded...

In your case I don't know if it is self delusion or stupidity, but either way you are a typical republican who thinks that our present system actually gives them a chance to get rich...

In the real world of business, it is not about hard work...it is about who you know who has the power to make things happen...

This fallacy of the American dream is nothing but a carrot pushed by the republicans to keep the dumb mules working their ass off while the ruling class lives off their labor...

In either case you are supporting a lie and acting like Pinocchio willfully ignoring who is actually pulling the strings...

  2. You mean duplicitous, full of shit, "true left wingers" like you who drive foreign cars?

How many tens of thousands of dollars have your purchases cost unionized American auto workers?

If you believe short sighted, cheap, buy it only on sale, American consumers are any less complicit driving manufactoring to Asia than "corporations", then you're about as stupid, partisan, anti-free market and elitist as you appear.

  3. If you mean owning a car that was built by a company owned by Ford...

Good gravy, you are dense as a black hole...

ChiComs are shitheads. They publicly insulted Reagan before he flew out once. Some asshole official announced that Nancy was welcome but he wasn't, in public, for the world press to report on...

China is a hole, sewage in all the rivers, people rioting over mistreatment and neglect by government everywhere... they are just a krappy manufacturing place. I wouldn't worry about them that much... Jim Rogers can go learn Chinese if he wants.

  6. You do understand how much China could hurt the US by not buying US bonds, right?

You do realize how China could crash our bond market by dumping the US bonds they own, right?

You do realize we are dependent on China, just like we are dependent on Arab oil, right?

The great US of America is the middle east's and China's bitch, and that is okay with you?

All of this because of the grip of corporate America and their insatiable greed...

Welcome to new America. Amazing how all these Dystopian futuristic movies has predicted a corporation controlled America.
